Who we are
Krishna Solutions Limited (NZBN 9429050199617) is an Auckland-based IT services and digital marketing business. This policy explains how we handle personal information under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. Questions? Email [email protected] or call 022 189 9724.
What we collect
- What you send us — through our enquiry form, email, phone, WhatsApp or social media: your name, email, phone number, the service you're interested in, details about your business or project, and your message.
- Basic technical details — when you submit the form we record the time, the page, your IP address and browser type, to prevent spam and abuse.
- When we work for you — information needed to do the job, such as access to devices, accounts or systems you ask us to support.
This website doesn't use advertising or analytics trackers, and doesn't set tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, provide our services, keep records of our work for you and meet our legal obligations. We don't sell your information. We'll only send you marketing emails if you've agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
Storage and sharing
Enquiries are stored securely on our website server and in our business email. Email is sent through Brevo, a service provider that may process data outside New Zealand; we only use providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable to New Zealand law. We only share your information with others when it's needed to provide our services, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires (for example, tax records).
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Contact us at [email protected] — we'll respond as soon as we can, and within 20 working days.
Concerns
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please talk to us first. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
